Walnut Creek Wheat

Our lightest ale, this wheat is a smooth American, unfiltered wheat beer. It is brewed with equal parts malted wheat and pale two row malt. German Perle and American Cascade hops impart a slight refeshing citrus flavor to round out this light and refreshing beer.

Colonel Park's Pale Ale

This American style Indian Pale Ale packs a big florial, citurs character in the aroma , flavor, and finish. We use five different varieties of Pacific Northwest hops. This beer has hops front to back! These hops are nicely offset with a malty richness that prevents this ale from being overbearing.

Southbound Nut Brown

English style ale with smooth carmel malt flavors and dry nutty charecteristics in the finish. British and Belgian specialty malts are used in this brew enhance the depth of malt flavor and aroma. Mild hops are used to balance the lush malt flavors and medium body.

Steamboat Stout

Vary dark and very smooth, this stout is well-rounded melange of creamy flavors including coffee, caramel, chocolate, smoke and dates. This ale, good morning, noon and night, is a complex yet exceptionally smooth blend of flavors, which are balanced by hops without overpowering the roasy malt profile. Serving this ale on nitrogen gives it a thick creamy head in your glass.

Derailed Red Ale

This traditional Irish Amber Ale is mildly sweet, malty-ness if offset with English hop varieties that provide a balanced finish. This beer's deep red hue come from being brewed with six different malt varieties.

Blackberry Wheat Ale

The addition of blackberry to an unfiltered Wheat beer creates a smooth, refreshing and balanced fruit beer, that has a beautiful, natural distinct, blue hue.
